All sales are final. Because our printables are digital files you can download immediately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
If something’s wrong with your file
If your download won’t open, is missing pages, or you were charged twice for the same item, email info@brightlings.co within 30 days with your order number. We’ll send you a working file. If we can’t fix the problem, or you were charged twice, we’ll refund that purchase to your original payment method.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always sort things out faster.
