How do I download my file?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your receipt email. You can download each file up to 5 times within 30 days, so save a copy to your computer or phone.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as your own household or single classroom needs.
What paper size are the pages?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). They print well on A4 too: choose “Fit to page” in your print settings.
What ages are your printables for?
Each product page lists its recommended age range. Some printables are made for kids to use, and some are planners and guides just for parents.
Are your printables a substitute for professional advice?
No. Our printables are educational tools for everyday family life. If you’re worried about your child’s health, behavior or development, please talk with your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
Can I share the file with other families?
We ask that you don’t. Each purchase covers one household or one classroom. Please send friends to our shop instead, which helps us keep making new printables.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because our printables are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If your file won’t open or you were charged twice, email info@brightlings.co and we’ll fix it.
